What is a subscription for?
An active subscription provides access to download one of our paid add-on(s) and to contact our support team. It also provides you with a license key which enables product updates.
If you have a multisite setup, each subsite in a multisite network requires its own license for our add-ons. For more information, see here.
How do Personal and Developer differ?
A personal subscription is valid for support and updates for a single site, whereas a developer subscription is valid for support and updates for multiple sites.
Is there a free trial?
The core WP Job Manager plugin is 100% free without a need for a paid subscription.
If you want to try out one of our paid plugins (https://wpjobmanager.com/product-category/core-add-ons/) for WP Job Manager, you could purchase a subscription first. We have a 14-day refund policy (https://wpjobmanager.com/refund-policy/) which you could use if the plugins do not fulfill your need.
Where do I activate my new subscription?
After purchasing one of our paid add-ons, you’ll receive a key via email. (You can also see it on your account page.) This key can be activated under Job Listings > Add-Ons > Licenses tab in your WordPress dashboard.
Keys can also be deactivated from your account page, and then reactivated on another site if need be.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your existing subscription by going into My Account, and clicking on your subscription. That will take you to a screen which will allow you to do two things: turn auto-renewal off/on, and cancel your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription will change the status to ‘Pending Cancellation’. This means that the subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription interval, then expire without further charge. It does NOT automatically generate a refund, even if done within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us if you qualify for a refund and we’ll be happy to process that for you.
How do my installed add-ons get updated?
The core WP Job Manager plugin includes a tool that updates our add-ons. It requires a subscription to function, and will continue to update our add-ons as long as your subscription is active.
Do you provide support when I need it?
Of course! If you have an active subscription for one of our paid addons, you’ll be able to use our support page to contact us for help.

Do I need to renew my subscription?
If you want continued support from us, access to add-on downloads, and regular updates and bug fixes, yes.
Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
What if my subscription expired?
If your subscription has expired or did not auto-renew, you can still use the product on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file(s) for download or receive support or updates for the product(s) until you renew the subscription.
How do I disable automatic renewals?
You can disable automatic subscription renewals from the My Account page.
In the My Subscriptions section, click the View button for the subscription you’d like to cancel auto-renew for. Then, in the Actions row, click Cancel to disable automatic renewals.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If, for any reason, our add-ons do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given.
Prior to that, we would prefer that you allow us to try and help solve any problems you have by opening a support ticket.

How can I upgrade to the core add-on bundle?
If you purchased a single add-on and you’d like to upgrade to the core add-on bundle, reach out to us via our support page. We’ll provide you with a coupon code so that you only need to pay the difference in price.
Can I use multiple application forms on a single site with the Applications add-on?
Yes, you can create multiple job application forms, starting with Version 3.0.0 of the Applications Add-on. To learn how to set up multiple application forms using the Applications Add-on, refer to our instructions here.
I lost my license key
License keys can be found on the My Account page. Please use the Lost password tool if you don’t remember your password.
How do I update my WPJobManager.com account email address?
While you’re logged into WPJobManager.com, navigate to the Account Details page at https://wpjobmanager.com/my-account/edit-account/. From there, update your email address and click save.
Please note, this does not update the billing email address. If you’d like to update your billing email address, please reach out to support at https://wpjobmanager.com/support/.
