Add-on FAQ

Questions about add-on licensing and support? See below. This applies to add-ons sold via this site only, not third-party add-ons sold elsewhere. If you have any other pre-sales questions you can contact us via the contact page.

What is the difference between personal and developer licence?

A personal licence is valid for support and updates for 1 site, whereas a developer licence is valid for support and updates for multiple sites.

How do licence keys work?

After purchasing a plugin you’ll receive a key via email (or you can visit your account page). This key can be activated from your WordPress dashboard’s plugin page. Keys can be deactivated from your account page, and re-activated on another site if needed.

Will I receive updates for purchased plugins?

Yes, an automatic updater is included inside each plugin/add-on. This requires your licence key to function and you’ll receive updates for as long as your licence key is valid.

Do you offer support for purchased plugins if I need help?

Yep. If you have a valid licence you’ll be able to use our support page to contact us for help. See our support policy for details on what we can support you with.

Do I need to renew my license?

If you want continued support, access to premium plugins and updates, yes. Licences are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When your licence expires you’ll be able to renew your key via your account page with a 30% discount.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. The refund policy can be found here.

How can I upgrade to the core add-on bundle?

If you purchased a single add-on and you’d like to upgrade to the core add-on bundle, make sure to reach out to us via our support page. We’ll provide you with a coupon code so that you only need to pay the difference in price.
