Activating Add-on Licence Keys

Add-ons purchased from this site need to be activated with a licence key in order to receive automatic updates via the WordPressDashboard. Your licence key would have been emailed to your after purchasing (if you’ve lost your key you can retrieve it here:

To activate a licence, first activate the plugin from your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins section. You should see the following notice once the plugin is active:

Click the ‘please enter your licence key’ link, or look for the plugin in the list of plugins on the plugins screen and you should see these fields:

Input your licence key and activation email. It is important that you use the activation email associated with your key or it will not work. After inputting your keys press ‘return’ on your keyboard. The form should submit and your key should then be active.

Important: In some cases, you’ll also need to select the plugin first (by clicking on the checkbox next to the plugin name), before inputting your licence key and activation email.

If you get a message stating that your key activation limit is reached, you can deactivate license keys by logging into your account page here:

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to re-activate the key on another (or the same) site.
